Setup and Troubleshooting

Connecting the Tablet to the PRISM Wi-Fi Network

  1. Access Wi-Fi Settings:
  2. Open the Settings app on the tablet and navigate to Network & Internet > Wi-Fi.

  3. Select the PRISM Network:

  4. Find and select the PRISM Wi-Fi network from the list of available networks.

  5. Enter Network Password (if required):

  6. If prompted, enter the Wi-Fi password provided during setup to connect.

Note

Connecting to the PRISM Wi-Fi network is essential for syncing and interacting with the PRISM system in real-time.

Connection Issues

  • Tablet Not Connecting to Wi-Fi:
  • Ensure that the tablet is within range of the PRISM Wi-Fi network.
  • If the tablet does not connect, try forgetting the network and reconnecting.

  • Tablet Unresponsive During PRISM Control:

  • Restart the tablet and reconnect to the PRISM Wi-Fi network.
  • Ensure that no other applications are running in the background, which could affect performance.
