USB 4-Port Transmitter
The USB 4-Port Transmitter is an essential component that connects the Touch sensors from the PRISM Image Generator (IG) or Server to the Touch sensors on the projection screen walls. Proper functionality of this transmitter is critical for ensuring accurate touch response within the PRISM environment.
Indicator Lights
The transmitter includes two main LED indicators to provide status and power information:
- Status LED:
- Blinking: The device is working properly and communicating with the Touch sensors.

OFF: The device is not working properly. Check connections and power if the status LED is off.

Power LED:
- ON: The device is powered on and receiving power.
- OFF: The device is powered off. Ensure the power connection is secure.
Troubleshooting
Device Not Working Properly (Status LED OFF)
- Check Power Connection:

Verify that the Power LED is on. If not, ensure the device is plugged in and securely connected to a power source.

Reconnect USB Cables:

Unplug and securely reconnect the USB cables between the transmitter and the Image Generator/Server to ensure proper connectivity.

Restart the Image Generator:
- Sometimes, restarting the Image Generator or server can reestablish a lost connection with the transmitter.
Warning
If the Status LED remains off despite troubleshooting, contact support as there may be an issue with the hardware.
Device Powered Off (Power LED OFF)
- Check Power Source:
