PRISM Connect - Wired
PRISM Connect in Wired Mode provides a quick and seamless connection between a video source (e.g., a laptop) via HDMI directly to the PRISM system without needing to install any software or drivers. This setup is ideal for presentations, lectures, or quick content sharing.
Using PRISM Connect in Wired Mode
Steps to connect

Connect the HDMI Cable: Locate the HDMI cable attached to PRISM Connect and plug it into your laptop’s HDMI port.

Select Display Mode: On the PRISM Hotkeys Panel , choose the display mode based on your presentation needs (e.g., center, left, right, duplicated everywhere). Display options may vary depending on the specific setup at your site.
Tip
After selecting the display mode, please wait 5 seconds for the image to appear on the projection theater screens.

Check Video Input Status:
- The blue LCD screen on the ZowieBox displays video input status, cycling between VI (Video Input) and CPU views.
- VI Screen (Video input): Shows the current input resolution (e.g., "VI: 1080p" if input is detected, or "None" if no input).
- Use this display to confirm the connection status.
No Image on Projection Screen:
- Ensure the HDMI cable is properly connected.
- Confirm you’ve selected the appropriate display mode on the Hotkeys panel.
- Check the ZowieBox’s LCD screen for any resolution readout on the VI screen. If “None” appears, reconnect the HDMI cable.
